Instead I got nail glue and some hard gel. I could have gone anywhere for that. I went on a Thursday and it’s now Monday and my polish has lifted on several nails and my thumb nail is still broken. I’m so disappointed that I traveled out of my way to get a poorly done manicure and didn’t get my nail fixed. The space is beautiful, but my gel manicure didn’t even last a week! I went because I broke my thumb nail and wanted to save it from breaking all the way. I expected to get it fixed using Jessica’s trademark fiber bonding technique. I’ve been going to this salon for almost 20 years. Excellent manicures and pedicures by experienced professionals. They really understand what it takes to restore and grow customers’ natural nails. The rare times I end up going to a fast, walk-in place, I am reminded of the big difference. At Jessica’s they devote 60 minutes for each treatment and their manicures and pedicures really last. Also, Jessica’s Nails has a long-standing, wonderful line of skin & nail products. The quality and color choices of their high end nail polishes are hip and sophisticated. I usually go to Erika or Joanna for manicures and Alis for pedicures, but you can’t go wrong with any of the nail experts. V relaxing. Until a few years ago, I used to see Mrs Reagan coming in. There’s a lot of old world clients… I like that, even though I’m in my forties.

Overpriced for what you get. Be aware if you are younger you may feel out of place here. The age of the average customer is well beyond retirement age. This is not a criticism, just describing the type of clinic this is.
