Went their for my graduation nails and it was terrible. They fell off 11 days after I got them done never have I ever had nails where that has happened worst place and I will definitely not be back. Also way too overbooked for their to be only 1 person doing manicures and 1 other person doing pedicures.

Everyone is extremely nice and talented! Jenny is amazing ay acrylics and the pedicures are very relaxing and nice. I also get my eyebrows and lip waxed there and they always do a great job.

Critical: QualityMy girlfriend and I went to get our matching nails done for our 2 year anniversary and they couldn’t even do a simple design. Her acrylics were 50$ when they were 5 bucks in quality. And my nails are easily peeling off even when fully dried. Usually a good service but tonight was awful. Might I add that they were very very polite though. My girlfriend and I went to get our matching nails done for our 2 year anniversary and they couldn’t even do a simple design. Her acrylics were 50$ when they were 5 bucks in quality. And my nails are easily peeling off even when fully dried. Usually a good service but tonight was awful. Might I add that they were very very polite though. I appreciate their kindness

I’ve been here twice so far. Happy with the end results, staff is very attentive to getting your nails done how you want them done. I will agree there is often not enough workers for the traffic…. Acrylic nails

We had an appointment on a Wednesday afternoon at 4 for 3 adults and two kids. When we arrived – there were 5 patrons seated and three workers. After 20 minutes they got 3 chairs ready and called for reinforcements who arrived 10 minutes later. But that left two people not taken care of. Half an hour later they got one more chair ready – in between they took two walk ins and one other person with an appointment. They knew we were coming – and we had small kids. It took 2.5 hours – and one of the kids just got polish (that we brought) slapped on and they charged me $21. No one got any arm massage or leg massage. I got gel nails (that at my regular salon usually last 2 weeks) but by Sunday they were chipping. They are unorganized and uncommunicative. They should have told us that 5 people at one time is impossible for them to handle. It was a horrible experience and we won’t be going there ever again.

First time there… not happy. Nail polish was awful and he knew it, but didn’t bother to fix it correctly. To top it off… my nail is chipped 3 days later. Never again!
