Critical: ProfessionalismI had the worst experience that left me, literally, holding back tearsI went with a new friend to get pedicures. I haven’t had one in years. I needed a pedicure badly after spending 2 months landscaping and putting in flooring at my house. I was already embarrassed and apologized before she started. When she started, she made a very unprofessional comment. The entire pedicure, the ladies coworker stared at my feet while talking to the woman doing mine. It made me so uncomfortable and anxious.When the quick and lazy pedicure was done, she took my payment and closely watched me the entire time I filled it out. She didn’t deserve a tip but, her clearly pressuring me by hovering, made it even weirder.If I hadn’t been there with a friend, I would have walked out on the first rude comment. We went here so that my daughter could get her nails done. She is 10 years old. I don’t really do that sort of thing but you know I respect people that choose to have claws on their hands. Went for 2 pedicures and 1 manicure and paid 100$! Definitely on the pricey end. I was very disappointed in what I received. I got a basic manicure and they did a quick, sloppy job. They didn’t use more than 1 coat so my nails (including my toes) are very patchy and look like I did them at home, theres bubbling and the edges are already trying to come up, (this review was 3 days after my experience). I requested my nails to be square and she gave me round almost almond nail shape. The pedicures were extremely basic considering how much they are. They didn’t take any dead skin off, the scrub was alright. The massage chairs covered my back in bruises and I had it on low settings. Only giving 2 stars because they were very nice and friendly, good at conversations but ill not be returning for their services.

My experience here was really enjoyable. They were fast, very clean and the pedicure foot massage was wonderful. I felt comfortable and the nail artist made sure to ask if the color looked okay on the first nail, before doing the rest. I will be back! Pedicure

Second time I have come in and they turned me away. They seem to close at random times everytime I go. They close hours before the posted hours on the door. So they say…. No more chances will be given from me. Good luck to the rest of you. Pedicure

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going to the salon for quite a while now. I go every two weeks and have been a good customer. I’ve not had any issues. When I called yesterday to see about making an appointment , the man on the phone said that he would not make an appointment for me if I was unsure if I could make the time that was available. I told him I would call him right back and let him know, as I had another appointment at that time and I was going to see what I could make work. He said he would still not make an appointment for me. I understand this, as I’m sure they have many people make appointments and then not show up. I was very politely trying to explain to him that I understood and that would be fine I would just call back , but he continued to talk over me while raising his voice and then just hung up the phone on me. It was very bizarre and rude. I tried to call back to schedule an appointment for a time that I was sure would work for me and he wouldn’t answer the phone. I then went into the salon in person and explained that I understood his policy and felt like he was rude on the phone and I didn’t appreciate it. He continued to be dismissive and when I asked if I could make an appointment he said he would not make an appointment for their salon. As someone who has been a good customer there and someone who was not being rude or confrontational I was completely surprised at how incredibly rude and dismissive he was. Based off my experience yesterday, I will not be returning nor will the other multiple people that I’ve referred to their salon. When I called yesterday to see about making an appointment , the man on the phone said that he would not make an appointment for me if I was unsure if I could make the time that was available. Went in here with my mom to get pedicures. We were told we needed an appointment, because they were too full. No big deal at all, I totally understand. So we went to make an appointment for four days away and were told they only schedule for three days out, and that I’d have to call the following day for an appointment. We ended up going a block away to CHI nails and got right in. Between the hassle of a three day window for scheduling and the insistence on cash only tips, I won’t be coming back here.
