Went in with medium to long men’s hair with intent to get 1″ or so off to add some balance to strands that were seemingly much longer than others. This seemed to be what stylist was doing but she was cutting 1″ repeatedly from the same hair strands and before I knew it I was left with only about 3″ of length for all my hair. Departed salon extremely frustrated and disappointed. The hair will grow back but I will not be returning.
