Today was my first time at Jesse’s barbershop. Right as I walked through the door I was greeted and told that there were donuts and coffee on the table and that I could help myself. I sat down and started to notice the beautiful ambiance of the place. The vibes are very classic old barbershop. When it came time for my cut, I was greeted by Mercedes who was a great conversationalist and super nice to me. She listened for a while about how I wanted my hair cut, and then executed perfectly. I love my haircut and overall had a fantastic experience. 10/10, will go back again.

Jesse’s is an old fashioned barber shop with great staff and a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend those who are seeking a professional haircut. Unfortunately Jesse will be leaving soon but Vesna Rakovic will continue to manage the establishment and I was told the location may change so stay tuned!

Great little ‘old school’ barber shop! Jesse and his staff are super nice, and always friendly. Great haircuts, plus little extras like hot towels and a neck shave, at reasonable really rates.

The hair cut was amazing and everyone there was great. I got a haircut and a beard trim and I was thoroughly impressed with my entire experience. Everybody was friendly and engaging and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Michelle cut my hair and she did a fantastic job. I was looking to level up and find a barber so I could get away from the chain places, and I have found it.

I moved to San Marcos recently and was going to those chain places like Great Clips and Supercuts and not very satisfied. Started going here and what a difference. Michelle does a great job with my hair. I even got a compliment last week on how nice my hair looked. Very reasonably priced too.
