Been consistently seeing Jess for over a year now and I gotta say she is meticulous at the services she provides, she cares about the products she uses and carries, she stays up to date with her knowledge and expertise, she care about people and the community in which she lives. Her treatment room was clean, and calming with low-lighting, it felt welcoming. As a frequent traveler, I’ve had my fair share of dicey waxes, but I trusted the reviews and decided to give her a try… very glad I did! I’m spending my winters in Maui and will go back to see her every month that I’m here. She’s fast, effective, sanitary in her practices, and very thorough. I went to see Jess for the first time in Jan 2021 for a Brazilian wax, and she was wonderful. Her treatment room was clean, and calming with low-lighting, it felt welcoming. As a frequent traveler, I’ve had my fair share of dicey waxes, but I trusted the reviews and decided to give her a try… very glad I did! Her office is very clean and welcoming, suffused with relaxing aromas (products? oils?). It’s lovely. My daughter told me she’s the only one on the island she trusts to do a good job.
