I have been using Jess for over 5 years now. Never used anyone else since I started using her and her salon! She’s amazing at what she does. And she is so personable! She’s always remembered who I am, asks about my kids, even remembers how many I have and their genders and everything! She makes sure to have that client-costumer bond that people love to have, well me anyway! My eyebrows always look great and she does them fast and thorough. I even got my wife to leave her salon she used to use before we met and switch to Jess’! I’ve also had a facial done by her which was AMAZING! I’ve also had my legs and armpits waxed as well by her other employees which I also recommend! 10/10! They are all great, clean, fast, professional, and kind natured!

Pabi who did my threading and waxing . Mary who did my half arm and full legs were more than very gracious and helpful to me. Had great understanding of what I needed and kept it very halal for me. Very happy with it all. I forgotten to mention the nice massage they have for feet. And feet mask. It was amazing got extra ZZZ zone as well .

My first time getting my eyebrows threaded here was fabulous, I guess it was Jess the owner.so I just thought my second time would be the same fabulous experience. NOT!! I feel like some ladies in there need to go thru a customer service course, she never spoke she just pointed to the chair. I never seen any of the ladies sanitizer their chair, nor their work area. At the time, they were slightly busy. Her thread was constantly breaking and I was afraid I wasn’t going to have any eyebrows left. She kept trying to move my hands, instead of asking me to move them to a different area, then I told her not to move my hands, just let me know where to place them. Then she kept poking me with her finger on my eyelids, I felt like she wasn’t comfortable with her hand placement and the flow of threading. My eyebrows was so pencil thin and not full like it was before. I guess next time I’ll request Jess, if I ever go back but if I see this other lady I’m going to run away and not look back!!
