I’ve had an awesome experience with Jess during my cut/color. She took the time to listen to me during the consult, offering her professional opinion and guidance. When I arrived at her salon, I was super impressed by the setup of having your own private space from other stylists/clients. During the session, I really appreciated the extra effort and Covid-19 safety protocols she put in to keep both of us safe and she kept it fun with good music, coffee, and conversation! She was able to get an accurate read on my hair texture almost immediately and asked great questions about the cut I’d requested. Once it was done, she showed me how to style it and sent me home with some styling product samples. In the days since, I’ve been able to style it quickly and easily at home with it looking just as great as it did when I left the salon. Having a haircut with Jess was like hanging out with a good friend. Not only did I have a blast in her chair, she did a great job with my haircut. She was able to get an accurate read on my hair texture almost immediately and asked great questions about the cut I’d requested. Once it was done, she showed me how to style it and sent me home with some styling product samples.
