I went to get a haircut today and was unfortunate enough to sit at Stella’s station. I’m not sure if she didn’t understand but I wear my hair long. I showed her 3 pictures of the cut I wanted. She maybe needed to remove about 2 inches at most… I left with a completely different haircut than what I wanted. She knew I was furious, but I still paid her for the service.

Jess is so friendly, remembers everyone. Anne is awesome! She cuts my hair and I always leave happy! I love how much attention she pays to individual hairs and my cowlick. She trims my eyebrows too. Jess and Anne run a tight ship that I’m more than happy to board. Even when there are a few people ahead of me. Well worth the 15 dollars to come back and leave with a smile

Beyond my expectation! Love their professional manners. After moving to Falls church area, I could not find a good barber for a while; rather went back to Rooster’s in Arlington. Last Saturday, I tried to visit this shop with a random google search, and will never back to Arlington. You would not get hair-wash here (who cares with this price point), but will be amazed staffs’ skills and quality cuts.
