I had never been to Jess’s salon before since I don’t live in the area but she cut my hair and colored it and did a great job. She really listened to what I wanted, and did a fabulous job blending my gray with blonde and caramel highlights. Not everyone can do a decent short cut but I love how it turned out. I was looking forward to this haircut for weeks. I’m finally there and it was rushed, she was cutting so aggressive at certain points and it hurt but I thought it might all be worth it. At the end I looked at myself in the mirror and I wasn’t happy with the results. I expressed that to her numerous times but she proceeded to tell me I looked better than when I came in and then she removed the hair cutting cape they put on you so she was done. Disappointed. Still hate my hair. Great clips would’ve done a better job.

Jess is the best. She always does an awesome job and is very meticulous with her hair cuts and color. She has a wonderful salon the girls are so nice. I was told about Jess from a friend a while ago but it took me a forever to get the courage to change my stylist. Jess asked me in detail what I was looking for, how I styled my hair, etc. I’m so happy with my hair and she highlights and tones it in a way that I won’t have to keep coming back super often. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair now.

I haven’t gotten my hair professionally done in forever & Jess was absolutely amazing!! My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it to, if not more than I could have ever imagined! I would highly recommend her! The salon is very welcoming & prices are awesome. I will definitely be going back to her!

after lots of googling and searching for someone I can trust with my hair, I stumbled across Jess’s page. I hadn’t done anything with my hair for ~5 years, and I’m also postpartum with full fledged hair loss and dryness. I didn’t want to put my hair in just anybody’s hands. Jess has very reasonable prices and tons of 5 star reviews, so I gave it a chance! I’m so glad I did!!!!!! I LOVE what she did. She took off a good foot at least, and found the perfect auburn red color for me. She listened to what I wanted and gave me just that. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Jess, you did amazing. Thank you so much. I love my hair again I will be returning!! In less than 5 years
