I came here for the first time last week after being able to snag a last minute appointment. One thing that bothered me is that my stylist did an Olaplex treatment without asking me beforehand. I have Olaplex at home – and since I didn’t get a blow dry – I would have done this at home for a fraction of the price. To be fair, they did immediately offer to remove the cost from my bill – but it is a bit uncomfortable dealing with this in front of staff and other customers. And if they used the product, I don’t want to not pay for it. My stylist did a great job with my color – but I just wish they would have asked first before using the treatment.
