I was reffered here by a friend of mine, she told me to come here and ask for Kim. I asked for an appointment that Wednesday…they told me they could only “try” for Friday (weird.) I had an appointment with Kim Friday morning at 10:30 AM. That morning I had misplaced my car keys and spent some time looking for them. When I found them I headed out to the salon, I still had a good amount of time. I gave them a curtousy call to say I might POSSIBLY be 5 minutes late and they say “We really don’t have time for you anyways that might not be okay. I have to check.” I did not even respond to that. She came back on the phone with me saying me coming in would ruin her whole day, consistently reminding me they had no time for me. I origionally asked to come in on a less busy day. Then they say they might be able to reschedule I told them not to worry about it and hung up. I’m not attacking the stylists themselves, but that front desk really needs some more training when it comes to service.
