Loved Jessica and Aygul. They are really skilled at what they do. My last experience here did not quite go to plan — I scheduled a first available appt with a different stylist. Then I got the wrong type of lash because it was documented incorrectly in my file 🙁 and the “style” didn’t match my previous styles even though this was discussed with the newer stylist ahead of time. Ended up with a less natural-looking extension. Anyway, they’re a great business overall but maybe consider being consistent with your choice of stylist.

I had an appointment today for a regular mani/pedi, after being there I decided to not get my pedicure because I have poly gel and they don’t do that there so I didn’t want to remove it and they charged me for a pedicure anyways because of a “cancellation”. This is extremely unreasonable, I showed up to my appointment and got my regular manicure, they didn’t have the service I wanted for my pedicure so I didn’t want what they had and they penalized me for it. They even tried to convince me that poly gel was not good and I should try something else. Whatever I decide to do is my personal choice, ended up having to pay $50 for a regular manicure after going back and forth because things were escalating.
