I always get so nervous taking my child to get his hair cut because you know how kids can be but this barber was very patient, GREAT with kids and just pleasant to be around. Best barbershop in Marion. It’s getting more difficult to find an actual “barbershop”. The difficult part is that they do not take appointments and they are usually busy. But Jerry is worth a wait and I love how he trims around my neck with a straight razor.

When people in my area think of a thorough, well done hair- cut they think of Jerry’s Barber n Style Shop in Marion, N.C.!! Not having a hair-cut for just a little longer than usual, n might add a little shaggy, I knew it would be no problem, for Master Barber Jerry!! I made it in shortly before noon, n was greeted in the famous n welcoming way he greets all his customers, “be right with you”!! His easy going n manner puts young n old customers right at ease!!! Being a client for few years have never seen any-one leave un-happy or unsatisfied with their hair-cut!! He’s always happy n quick to touch it up if not?? I have been getting my haircut by Jerry or Gary for the last 15 years or more, I’ve never once considered leaving or going elsewhere because they’re welcoming & always take good care of me in a quickly manner , my dad started going there after always going anywhere he could get it done for the longest time & is always happy to tell me he went for a cut. I have a little boy who is almost 3 & I have taken him to have Jerry cut his hair nearly every time he’s needed it so far, he loves the toys he has to play with & espesially enjoyed the train setup he had in the shop during Christmas! Jerry is more than patient with him, my son didn’t want to have his hair cut & seemed nervous but now anytime I mention him needing one he says “ I go see Jerry & get some candy and a balloon” ! Lol
