Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI can’t say enough about the quality of work by all of the stylists and colorists at Jerome & Co. They are masters at color and their stylists are amazing at cutting and styling hair. My two daughters also go to the salon and all three of us could not imagine trusting our hair to anyone else. There isn’t anyone who walks out of the salon that doesn’t look absolutely stunning. So happy we found the salon. In addition to the expert stylists and colorists, the atmosphere and ambience is relaxing and sophisticated. I also have to say if you’re looking for top notch skin care, Jerome offers excellent services too. I can’t say enough about the quality of work by all of the stylists and colorists at Jerome & Co. They are masters at color and their stylists are amazing at cutting and styling hair. My two daughters also go to the salon and all three of us could not imagine trusting our hair to anyone else. There isn’t anyone who walks out of the salon that doesn’t look absolutely stunning. She was very good with my challenging hair texture and recommended a great treatment /product for my hair.The salon rivals the aesthetics and ambiance of the nicest urban salons. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI have to really thank Jason for his patience and hair cutting expertise. I went to the salon for a “rescue” haircut from using another stylist and he was terrific. He is very good with cutting short hair and so patient with me and my challenging thick hair. I highly recommend him and will definitely be going back.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am appalled by Yanni the colorist! I was not able to come to the salon because of covid-19 for more than 8 weeks My friend did my color in the interim. When I went today she publicly humiliated me because I came in with color that needed to be corrected and yelled at me like a child telling me that she couldn’t correct other people’s mistakes I’m sorry that I had to get my hair done elsewhere because your salon was closed !! I have never ever been so disrespected by a hairdresser in my life !! Hairdressers and colorist are supposed to be able to fix things. She charged me $100 to throw base color on my hair and disrespected me the entire time I was at the salon That’s your job to fix color I’m sorry I couldn’t come to you when you were shutdown You are disrespectful and unprofessional as they come !!!!!!!
