I love it and appreciate this about the establishment. My SNS manicures last from 3wks-1mth.There are different types of pedicure service and they are all amazing . The service is so good that all you need is a cocktail and a view of the ocean to go with the relax mood. Be a little early or on time for your appts; especially if you require removal of prior acrylic on nails. My GEL manicure last about 2.5-3 wks and pedicure last about 1 month. Go somewhere else. This place has a very limited amount of colors and all of the polishes are clearly old and crusted. I called to make sure they could take me at 2:30 for a quick pedicure before another appointment and they said no problem. When I got there there was only 2 people working and they were no where near done with the clients they had. I waited until 2:47 before getting so skeeved out by the crusty stained towel my feet were on that I had to leave. This was a very big waste of time.

Came in at 10:00am for my nails. I didn’t make an appointment because they do accept walk ins. However, the lady in the first chair greeted me rudely and asked what I wanted. Next, She asked “to see my nails”… once she saw I had on acrylic nails, she turned me away. Then I asked if I could remove them and get the powder service. She said “ you have to come back at 11”. As if waiting (wasn’t crowded) wasn’t an option. Unbelievable, I don’t like to blame things on skin color, but given the area (Long Island), history, type of customers inside and my skin color… I can’t help but assume. Needless to say, I headed down the block to Lucky Nails and was treated much better!

The atmosphere is amazing and all the staff are friendly. They make you feel as if you are the main priority. Highly recommended. Sang took care of me. I got gel manicure, will definitely be going back for pedicure.

Sang and his staff are a breath of fresh air!! They are extremely clean and ONLY uses disposable tools as they carefully work on your hands and feet…not to mention the neighborhood demeanor they keep in our small town of Floral Park. Critical: ProfessionalismI had a really bad experience here. I called beforehand and made an appointment for 11:30 and when I went to the nail salon, there were only 2 nail techs who were already occupied. I didn’t get my turn till 12:00 like why did I make an appointment if I had to wait? I got a manicure done and it was so unprofessional. They didn’t clean under my nails, just basic filing and cuticle shaping which I could’ve done at home. There were 5 more people who came while I was getting my manicure so they literally rushed my manicure. I will definitely not come back here. I had a really bad experience here. I called beforehand and made an appointment for 11:30 and when I went to the nail salon, there were only 2 nail techs who were already occupied. I didn’t get my turn till 12:00 like why did I make an appointment if I had to wait? I got a manicure done and it was so unprofessional. i have gone to 3 nail salons before i came here, i always came out disappointed, today i come in & i was greeted & was helped to pick a powder gel color for my tips; they sit me down right away & got to work. Jenni did an amazing job with my nails, she was so sweet, made sure you was comfy, & she would ask questions as to what you like for your nail. They were very professional & kind, i hope to see this place grow with massage chairs , but other than that amazing job! thank you for making my birthday nails look so pretty!!

This place is awesome. I found them through a google search, they were one of the few places that were open on a Sunday. Ruby did a gel pedicure for me and really did an amazing job. Sang was pretty funny also. Everything was clean and they gave me a discount for being a first time customer as well as a coupon card for my next few visits. I was getting my nails done because I was about to leave on a trip where I’d be backpacking through Thailand for a few weeks. In Thailand you basically have to be barefoot everywhere you go and let me tell you this pedicure lasted, didn’t chip at all, the shine never wore off. It even lasted for another week or two after I got back to the US. Was so impressed with this place, will absolutely be going back!
