Critical: ProfessionalismHighly unprofessional; I would not recommend! When I moved to the area from out of state I was looking for a someone to be my forever stylist. The first time Jere did my hair I was super impressed and set another appointment for a few weeks later. I received a call from her THE DAY BEFORE the appointment letting me know she had moved locations to the city. Living on Long Island and setting the appointment for right after work there was no way for me to make it on time to this new location. At the time, there was no apology for the inconvenience or explanation for why I only received a call the day before for an appointment that had been made weeks prior. I had such a positive experience the first time that even after that I decided to give her another try. This time I showed up at what was another new location, she was back on Long Island, and waited over half an hour for her to show up. This was after speaking with her and confirming the location and time a week before. I called and texted but received no response. It has been about a week and still no follow up from Jere. Twice she has shown me that she cannot be relied on and clearly doesn’t care about her clientele. Highly unprofessional; I would not recommend! When I moved to the area from out of state I was looking for a someone to be my forever stylist. The first time Jere did my hair I was super impressed and set another appointment for a few weeks later.
