Hands down best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had! I do a lot of hiking and go barefoot a lot and my feet were a bit rough I admit. Not only do my feet look and feel so much better, the attention to detail was amazing! Usually it’s a fast process and I feel rushed- not here lyluuly took her time and did an amazing job! Critical: QualityWent in with my friend on my birthday. Asked for a basic acrylic full set and a pedicure.The pedicure was nice but one of my toes got smudged before I even left and she didn’t offer to fix it or anything.When we got to the part where she puts on the acrylic, she suggested I switch to a different color. I liked the original but she said the other brand was better for my nails so I said okay. We added cute diamonds to the ring fingers but she didn’t add enough clear polish around them and my hair snagged on them every day. At the end of the appointment, when I went to pay, I noticed she over charged me. She said she gave me a discount for the diamonds since it was my birthday but still overcharged me for the set: When I brought it up she told me it was because we used a different product for the acrylic. If I had known it would be more I obviously would have said no. The fact she didn’t say anything till the end was super unprofessional and sneaky.Anyways, 10 days later and five nails have lifted/fallen off or have been snagged and nearly ripped off due to the lifting. More continue to lift still .I tried to call to see if I could get in to get them fixed (since mold is supper common out here under lifted nails) but no one would answer the phone. At one point someone finally did answer, but they hung up right away and didn’t even call back.I decided it wasn’t worth my time or money to go back to get them fixed. Critical: CleanlinessI went here for the first time to have my hair trimmed. I was so disappointed! They are super sweet and the salon is very nice. The girl that washed my hair didn’t do a good job, only washed the top half of my hair (I have really long hair) and then the lady that cut my hair didn’t even do a good job. I came out frizzy and dry and not even what I wanted. The worse part, she didn’t even sterilize the combs, brushes, scissors that she just used on a client before me! I won’t be going back again. The girl that washed my hair didn’t do a good job, only washed the top half of my hair (I have really long hair) and then the lady that cut my hair didn’t even do a good job.
