These ladies are always so polite and talented. The space is beautiful and the last time we went, they had a sno-cone truck outside! My kids loved that part. They offer drinks and an opportunity to purchase some adorable jewelry while you wait. And then they’re very detail oriented when cutting your hair. I’ve been able to bring my son here for a while now which is tricky because his hair is so long and thick. They’ve repaired other mistakes. And they’ve been able to work us in each time! Although an appointment is probably easier. She did a great job on my son’s modern mullet! Great place.

Courtney chopped up my hair. This picture does not do it justice. I asked for a trim with long layers which is what I previously had and this is what I left with. I even told her about my upcoming engagement photos and asked her to please be very careful but the jagged lines were very clear by the time she was done. Courtney made sure I paid and was not bothered with the outcome. I contemplated on not making this review but I know how upset this made me and I would hate to see someone else have an experience like this because I didn’t say anything. I regret trusting my hair to her. 0/5

I went here because I needed a haircut at college. I asked her to do a natural neck line and she went an inch up on my neck, sideburns were crooked I went home and fixed them, and then she took off all of my hair down to a buzz. I asked to take an inch off but start with less and even showed a picture. I should have just let it grow till I go back home.

Never going back. Took 4 hours to do my hair, which wasn’t worth the $120 I paid. Tell me that looks right to you?? All the highlights bleed in with the base color she put in. I don’t like it and don’t know how they could fix it. Very upsetting and even more upsetting that Jen herself let me walk out like that. I shouldn’t have even paid for it.
