I was a regular but mistakes are frequently made there and rather than better train staffers or build a solid team, the owner allows staffers to consistently offer inadequate service, quit, and drive her business down. You’ll return several times (if you can get them on the phone, as they inexplicably block customer numbers apparently) to have the mistakes made during a single appointment fixed. How nice, generous, or long you’re a customer does not matter. It’s not an establishment for professionals who expect reliable and good service. The staffers are not keen on hard work. They generally want to herd you in and out. It feels amateurish. I’ve now heard of people being blocked by phone after workers have sent them home with poor manicures and pedicures. Enter at your own risk. Don’t be fooled, extreme passive aggressiveness is behind those smiles.
