Critical: ProfessionalismSimply, they are tasteless. They attack their customers in their language-mocking, laughing and abusing them. At first they seem so nice but they constantly make you feel like you’re simply not good enough for them. And the saddest thing is for most of them, their work is simply average and even lacks effort. I don’t like it here. I didn’t enjoy the experience. I gave them more than one opportunity to treat me as a working class individual who deserves the same respect that I treat them with and they refuse to rise above their childish gossiping unprofessional inexperience and lack of class. At first they seem so nice but they constantly make you feel like you’re simply not good enough for them. I love my mani and pedi, but I will not be returning here. The only reason I came here was because my nail shop was completely booked and I wanted to treat myself for a fresh mani and pedi for mother’s day. I used to come years ago and loved it. However, it started getting uncomfortable because I realized that they weren’t sanitizing their tools. I came here last week for mother’s day, and clearly reminded me of why I won’t be coming here anymore. The place was packed with people (mother’s day weekend), which I understand, but there were people that were taking up space that were not supposed to be there. There was a group of about 5 to 6 ladies, and they were walking around like they lived there and no one told them to wait outside. I asked my manicure girl if they sanitized their equipment and she said yes. The only cleaning I saw her do was get acetone with a cotton ball and cleaned her tools like that. Her station was filthy, she didn’t even bother on shaking the previous client’s nail residue from her desk towel. They have plexiglass for covid I’m assuming, and that was filthy with nail polish and residue specs. Maybe my expectations are far too high, but once I’ve been served with good quality service, I will continue to expect every service to be the same. Regardless of how badly I need a fresh mani and pedi, I will not be returning here. This used to be my favorite place years ago, what a shame.

For about 6 months I had been trying to look for a new spa that would do equal quality that I was used to at my old place, and Jenny’s nails is absolutely the best!!! Helen did an amazing job with my acrylics and gel polish. Jenny’s is my new nail spot!
