Lucy did wonderful on my acrylic set! The woman who did my pedicure made me feel uncomfortable. I have never had a pedicure before, due to the fact that I have very dry feet and weirdly shaped nails. The tech at #7 was rude. She slapped my hands/ fingers down 15 times. I told her that my fingers don’t work like that. Then when she put the mail drier on my hand she smudged it up and huffed and had to redo the third finger on my right hand. If I didn’t need to have nails done for a wedding I’d walked out . I’ll never go back there . Dissatisfied at the least, appalled is the correct term.

One of my favorite childhood memories with my mom was when she treated us to the nail salon. I decided to share the same fun memory with my 2 year old yesterday. Eleanor was excited, but a little anxious. We arrived an hour before close – They took care of us quickly and were very accommodating to Ellie. I was getting my nails done also, so Ellie was practically on her own getting hers done. The woman painting her toes and nails carried her to the nail dryer each time because Ellie was too scared to walk with separators on her toes. There was a bit of a language barrier between us, but the woman (I think her name was Anna) made sure she reassured Ellie throughout the whole process with encouraging smiles and friendliness. I wish I could have communicated that we were only getting our nails done for fun, however Anna re-did Ellie’s nails a few different times at no extra charge (2 year olds don’t sit very still) to ensure they were perfect when we left. Bill did my nails also (years over due) poor guy. He was quick and friendly also. The price was cheap. I will never forget our first nail salon memory. Thank you Jenny’s nails for making it a great one! (And thank you, Anna, for dead lifting my 35 lb toddler!!!) We will be back again!

I am giving this 2 stars. I came in Monday afternoon for a fill. I had the older man in the center of the room. He was extremely rough with the electric filer resulting in cuts around my fingers. On Wednesday 4 of my polished nails had already peeled off. Its now Friday and Im waiting at a different nail salon and having to pay more money to fix my nails. I even tipped the man 15 dollars. Extremely inconvenient and poor quality.
