Jenny and her staff were absolutely wonderful! It was my first time and immediately felt like I had been a client for years! When she booked me for my appointment over the phone, she took time to learn my name, and was just so kind. When I came in, she knew who I was and the entire atmosphere was just calming, especially since I have social anxiety. Danny did my nails and they were the best set of acrylics that I’ve had in a very long time. He took his time with nail prep and asked me constantly if I like them and also asked for a little bit of creative freedom with my gel color and they couldn’t have turned out better! I already booked my next appointment!

It took an hour to get sat and my nails did not turn out well. they were uneven and lumpy on top. very flimsy and the color is way brighter than it’s supposed to be 🙁

I was scheduled for a polish change it took an hour. I waited in additional 10 minutes to get a design. I decided not to get with the wait time. I went to get a polish change in a ombre that was really simple all you do is you know fade the silver on my nails. The guy struggled to do so instead of making it slowly fade as it got to the tip of my nail it was just a lot of glitter clumped in one spot. It’s a really easy technique.

I went. Here for. The first time this past week. I r dad the reviews and trusted them. However, I asked for French tips and they use white polish instead of the powder. After 2.5 days they have chipped badly and now I have find somewhere to go to get my nails the way they should be. Very disappointed in them and I paid dearly for them, more than I have ever paid to have my. Nail done. I will not recommend them.

Had appointment at 12:30PM waited for 55 minutes They overbook constantly and yet don’t give their customers the courtesy to say, “hey if you have errands to run we are running late we apologize but if you would like to take advantage of the waiting time you can run an errand or grab a coffee in the area.” I mean something, anything?!? Instead of wasting people’s time and then after 55 minutes not even an apology, just a well rebook on our app. WTH! You just wasted my time as I have a business to run and kids to take care of, like you. It’s rude, inconsiderate and ridiculous that you don’t care enough about returning customers to be cognizant of their time and their loyalty to your business.
