After using this salon for years, I’ve had to change my review. My pedicures still come out fine. But I’ve had sns done on my own nails that was discolored and cracked within a week. I came back and got a gel manicure the next time, and I agree with the other reviewer. Could have done a better job at home. I was rushed through Seemed like an owner or manager was doing my manicure, because she was directing everyone else. Not a drop of lotion or moisturizer was ever used. My cuticles were snipped, my nails filed, and then painted. That’s it. I left with polish on my skin as well. I hate it after coming here for years, but I just cant go back. I didn’t ask for a discount or a refund, I just left, knowing I wouldn’t be back. There are a few girls left from before ownership changed, and they’re the only ones that have done a good job with me.

Went here to get my nails removed. Wanted a pedi & mani. But i was injured during my visit as you can see from the photos. Kim was being to lazy to help even though they were short handed so she put myself and another lady with Monty. He must forgot that he had already buffed my nails as low as it should go. Because he came back ti me & had a metal drill bit on the machine which caused him to drill through my nail into my flesh. I didn’t get my manicure no more but Kim tried to charge me for the service. Anne did a amazing job on my toes. At the end my visit I was sent out with a band aide & a $58 bill. I didn’t mind paying for the pedicure services because Anne didn’t have anything with me being injured. But the charge was $48 gel pedi. But you can see my charge was $58 soooo basically Kim snuck the $10 of nail take off in the pedi services instead of putting it down separate so wouldn’t notice the extra charge.

I paid almost $100 and I am very displeased. I left with gel polish on my skin I had to scrape off. The paint job on my nails and toes did not look professional honestly I could have did a better job at home. The shape on my nails and toes were not of professional quality. . The technician kept scraping and cutting my skin with the tool she was using. I only gave 3 stars because they were nice. To pay for a job that’s supposed to be performed by professionals and get work that looks very amateur. Is very disappointing!

I’m usually not the type to leave reviews but this one felt necessary. Coming from someone who’s been to many salons over the years, the new management here has taken the cake for giving the WORST nail salon experience I’ve ever had. Their dirty equipment, rude staff, and surprise upcharges at checkout are the least of your worries if you choose to be serviced here.
