I used to like this place but lately I’ve had bad experiences. A few months ago they forgot to put top coat on one hand. Last week I got a gel manicure and they did not paint up to my cuticle so it looked like I did not get a fresh manicure even after politely asking to please paint closer to the cuticle. A day later it already started peeling off. Over the week all of the gel nail polish started completely peeling off! It’s 1 week today and I literally have no more polish on my nails bc they all peeled off. I will not be going back.

I haven’t had my nails done in so long and this place took such good care of per usual. They are always welcoming and super accommodating to your needs. They did such a good job on my nails, I’m so in love with the color! Only thing I wish would be they gave a little bit more time on the foot massage because it feels too damn good for it to be only 2min lol but they gotta get through all the clients so I do understand at the same time. 🙂

Nails turned out fine, but had a really bad experience. I called ahead for an appointment for an acrylic nail full set and a design, I asked the person on the phone if I could bring a picture of the design I want and he said yes. The designs I wanted may have looked strange, but they were women’s rights symbols I wanted for a charity event. When I showed the picture to the nail tech, he said he could not do designs, and asked a woman to talk to me. She said she could not do something that complicated, I said “okay” and then she raises her voice and says “fine I’ll do it go sit in my chair” and pushes me toward her table. Strange. She then is calling her friends over and asking me to show them the picture, I do, and then they laugh and speak another language, clearly laughing at me. I understand it may look strange to them and you might do that sort of thing a little bit, but it was for the entire hour and a half she would stop doing my nails to speak in another language, clearly about my nails because she was pointing and laughing. Then her friend came over to look at the design she was doing and laughed. It was too much, again I understand a little giggling about this, but it was an hour and a half of feeling ridiculed and humiliated straight. People do weird/funny designs on their nails for specific events all the time, it can’t be that strange. Additionally, the nail tech acted upset with me, roughly shoving my hand places and getting frustrated with the design, to the point where I told her she didn’t have to do the more complicated one, and then she seemed annoyed. It sucks to go get a beauty treatment to feel good and you get treated like this. Will not goo back. Definitely don’t go here if you want any type of design.

I get dip powder on my natural nails. I scheduled a appointment with Jenny about 3 weeks ago, however I was misinformed and ended up having to get my nails done by someone else. They did a poor job so bad that all my nails cracked and broke. Due to this I had to start my nail length over from scratch. When I came in to get my nails done by Jenny, her and the entire staff were talking about me because my nails were short. I don’t know why they don’t understand that just because they are speaking another language you can’t feel the energy or see the stares. Almost every employee in their came by where we were and looked at my nails after they had their 15 minute joke session about my short nails. I even heard one of the ladies refer to my fingers/nails as looking like toes. This is not only unprofessional however a blatant disrespect in the face of the people, or in my case person supporting your business. I’m sure I’m not the first person they’ve done this to whether you understood or caught the vibe or not. I was a faithful client until this past Friday. I hope no one else has to endure this rude, disrespectful, and disappointing experience .

Rang up this morning to book and appointment and speak about my last visit, WOW I’ve never been spoken to so rude was told go somewhere else and that my tips and custom is not good enough, the gentleman on the phone is so rude, I went here just before Christmas the service was terrible and over priced 130 dollars for an infill on my hands and feet the shaping was so bad like a child had done it but still left a tip , I tried to re book today and was telling the man on the phone to be told he does not care what people think of his service and to get off his phone, I got told I was the problem to why my nails looked like they do ♀️.STAY FARAWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE RUDE,RUBBISH AT THE JOB/POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
