I’m so disappointed. It was my first time trying this place.. I got my nails done (dipped) on a Friday and these are them literally 4days later (Tuesday)… polish peeling off. Mind you, I work in healthcare so my hands are always in gloves and protected. Usually my nails last! but not from this place. I should have known when the nail tech literally finished my nails in 30min ♀️ Definitely not worth $70 !!

I decided to try out Jenny’s Nail Salon after researching a lot of places in the Valley because they have reasonable prices and a satisfaction guarantee. Their guarantee does come with some minor stipulations, but are pretty fair, for the most part. I had Vy for my manicure and Kathy for my pedicure and both were quick, efficient, and delicate. Vy did miss a couple of spots around 2 nail beds, but that’s minor. She asked if I wanted my nails buffed/polished to which I agreed, but didn’t mention that costs $14! I didn’t have my nails painted, which saves them some time and product, so I believe a buffing in lieu of painted nails should be covered in the price, but, at the very least, the cost should’ve been mentioned beforehand, and $14 is excessive. Suffice it to say, I won’t be getting that service again since I can easily buff my nails myself. 4 stars because of the lack of communication and missing some spots, but otherwise I’d go back, eventually. Kathy did a great job with my feet, as well.
