I really enjoyed my experience here. These girls are funny lively and polite. I really appreciate them going the extra mile for me. I was very skeptical about getting my hair in a weave style. They made the atmosphere relaxed and light. Told me how to fix it and maintain it. I will return in 2 months and leave another review! THANK YOU LADIES!!!

The two girls that worked on my hair were fast and the convo was good. they did exactly what I wanted with the hair I wanted and that was a nice I didn’t have to go out and buy additional hair. They braided my hair from corner to corner and not a strand was left out which is perfect. I even got there early and they started on my hair immediately which was cool.definitely going there for my braids. It was worth what I paid $$$.

I had my faux locs done by Odessa who is Jenny’s daughter and the outcome is beautiful . Like her mother she did such a great job and I am so comfortable with the hair and it’s light as a feather but fierce. I’ve gone here about 10x over the past couple years. I bring my daughter with me. I love this place and would definitely recommend. Laura typically braids my hair and she always does a phenomenal job. My daughter (6 yo) actually is able to sit through and get her hair braided which I think speaks to their technique. Very professional. Will be back for an 11th time!

Asked for 2 braids and I really believe she didn’t know what she was doing ! I was so upset I just settled and left. Won’t be returning to this place though .. Second time going too and waited a hour to get 2 BRAIDS !.. that came out the next day . $60 BUCKS TOO ! Crazy !! Money wasted. My hair was so loose. She just kept trying to pull my hair in to the braid .. But my own hair was just pulled through no brushing in between so it looks terrible. I knew it did bc the shop owner didn’t even come see them !

Everything was fine until my third visit. I was quoted one price, but when I got there I was given a higher price. After a little back and forth, I was given the original price. The issue was that the style I left with was nothing like the picture I showed them. Also, one of the girls was on the phone while setting my hair with hot water. She ended up pouring boiling water down my back. I had a huge blister (which is now a scar) on my left shoulder. When speaking with the owner, she offered me $40 off of my next visit. I didn’t get a full refund until I threatened to take her to court.
