Terrible customer service. I called at around 1:30 PM last Friday to make an appointment for 5:30 which was made and they took my name and phone number down. Great. I get out of work at 5:15 & raced to get there around 5:25. I went in and no one greeted me, no one asked what I needed, they all just straight up ignored me. I was on the phone with a friend and spoke loud enough for them to hear me say I have an appointment & if nobody says anything I’m leaving. They all looked at me and continued doing what they’re doing. I stood there for about 15 minutes before I walked out because obviously they don’t need my business. If I could give zero stars I would.

The lady started to rip off my tips after cutting them down & also clipping my real nail underneath. She tried to fix it and did a sew in and that sew in took all of my hair out! She was nodding like she was high. This one star is simply for the fact that overall my nails were a beautiful color thanks to the lady and she was very kind. Although, i have suffered from three cuts and one is very painful while the others are bleeding. My nails also aren’t completely even and she charged me over $30.
