This is my second time coming to this establishment. I hate it here. I needed a nice gel acrylic set doe my birthday and half of the things I wanted they could not even do. So I had to change of course what I wanted before they started my nails. The lady was not flexible and really mean to me in wanting these changes. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give 0 stars I legitimately would. For starters this establishment is absolutely not clean and the man who did my service kept his acrylic liquid in a tin can that smelt extremely vile. I did voice that I did not like my nails multiple times btw to clear the air and that was dismissed by the time we finished and he asked “all good” I gave a questionable “yeah” as they look terrible and I wanted to go home. He (I think his name was Ken) repeatedly yanked my arm when i would yank it back and continuously hurt my skin with the drill and said he had to get the stuff that’s underneath when i told him it hurt and he was hurting me. Maybe that could be avoided if the application wasn’t sloppy. I told him not too long but showed him where and told him to move it up more and he cut them very short like knubs. Very ugly, again 0 stars. I told him they were short and he blamed me saying he’s the one who said to go longer and I chose the length and should be lucky he said longer. The whole time he kept stopping to talk and akikiki with his coworkers and text on his phone, very unprofessional. He gave me silver glitter when I asked for white and when I asked about it he said he doesn’t care too much about glitter, he just grabs what he seees. They originally tried to charge $75 for my nails then switched tk $68 claiming smaller gems would be less when I asked for small in the first place, the design was extremely simple and for the quality of work this was still over priced. He decided to take $2 off because he knows he made them extremely short and ugly. The gems are also lopsided as he does not use a gem tool to apply them, yet instead a polish brush and I corrected them with him many times yet they are still crooked. They look nothing like what I requested and even if they did, the establishment is still dirty. I will never return, i paid $66 which I immediately regretted and I noticed they were not completely dry (gel) which I questioned when I was told I was finished, yet he insisted they were. To no surprise when I left I pulled up my jeans to find blue all over my nails from them not being dry and went back to the salon which they had already locked the doors to and they pretended they did not hear or see me knocking. I cleaned it off myself. ZERO STARS DO NOT GO WOULD NOT RECOMMEND and i wish I didn’t pay for these hideous press on looking nails I could have got at the beauty supply store. Also he left my cuticles mad dusty and crusty, not even a droplet of cuticle oil after the abuse they received.If I could give 0 stars I legitimately would. Critical: Professionalism, QualityRead to the end…the owner’s response is basically what I got in person, first from the employee, then from him..I have come here for many years. I came here last month before going on vacation and had a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. I went on vacation and 5 days later, the manicure was chipped. I took a picture and ended up paying to get another manicure where I was. A month later, I came back and they refused to do anything about it. They claimed that it was a month ago and so sad too bad. I have the receipt and the pictures (both dated) but it didn’t matter. They said I should have called and texted the picture. I’m on vacation, I don’t have time for all that. They claimed they have a 10 day guarantee. Well, their 10 day guarantee didn’t matter because it’s been a month. Their no chip chipped in 5 days! Didn’t last the 10 days. Had I been here, I would have come in but they very easily wipe their hands clean and didn’t even attempt to somewhat resolve the issue. Will have to find a new place to get my nails done. I gave them 3 stars only because I have been coming here for years with no issues. Based on this experience I would have given one star. Ended up having to spend on two no chip manicures in less than a week.Responding to owner: I wasn’t in town to go back.. and I wasn’t expecting a free manicure before a wedding. The bride is providing those services. You asked me to call and this weekend I don’t have time because we’re busy with the wedding. Had I wanted a manicure today, I would have approached you from the time I arrived and not waited until my mom’s pedi was done to let you know what your employee had said. I still took my mom there! Had I wanted a manicure today, I would have pushed the issue from the get go, not waited until I was leaving. I was hoping you would at the very least offer a discount on a manicure in the future, but the attitude from your employee was immediately ‘too bad so sorry’. That was the only reason I talked to you and your response was the same. I was on vacation and had gotten a manicure there.
