i had a 11:45 appt this morning and didn’t get into a chair until 12:15 i kept getting skipped …. just paid $68 dollars and my nails are uneven and very short smh my middle fingers are different sizes… i should have stayed at my regular shop in Hastings but i stopped somewhere quick. i pay $47 for better quality nails and longer than this….. i will NEVER EVER AGAIN come here, don’t go to ivy she makes nails super thick i had to keep telling her to thin them and make them more coffin…

Pedicures should not leave you bleeding in multiple spots. It was a rushed job and the staff person working next to my chair reached across me and turned off my massage chair stating the noise was annoying her. That’s part of the reason you go to a nail salon. Would not go again. Pedicure, Manicure

Use to like it here a lot but the service has gone down hill. Ever since they started using the dremels to file your nails I’ve had a bad experience. I’ve had under my cuticle skinned by the dremel 2 different times now (pictured). After my shellac was off I had dents in my nails from the dremel taking off so much of my nail, my nails would grow out and just break because they were so weak. I went back again because my husband bought me a gift certificate and it was about to expire. Not a good experience again, super bummed. Its not even been 2 weeks and both my mom and I have chips and cracks in our shellac (mine pictured) and my toe swelled up a few days after we were there (pictured).

I will start off simply by saying DO NOT GO HERE. I read the negative reviews and still thought “eh, I’m sure it’ll be okay”. No it wasn’t. This place literally only wants your money. It’s not like other nail salons where you can build relationships with the staff and love your nails everytime.

My experience here was okay. Sam did my manicure, during the process he Kept hitting my cuticles while smoothing out the acrylic. He explained to me what I wanted couldn’t be done, so I was bummed about that. It’s been a week since my nails have been done and some are lifting already.
