I had an absolute blast at this nail salon. The owner was helping out and Princess “nailed” it with my green and gold gel polish for the Packers game I was about to attend. She made sure I was going to like what I was getting done before and after, assuring me that I would not be sent home with nails I didn’t like. She is so personable and sweet, this is the only nail salon I feel comfortable at. The prices are great and the place is immaculate!

I don’t normally write reviews but I want to let everyone know that Jenny nail’s is the best nail salon in Rome NY. I am new to Ava new York and I have to have my nails done or I don’t feel normal, I arrived late and the young lady still took care of me I feel so bad that I have forgotten her name I’ll update my review as soon as I call Jenny nail’s tomorrow. Anyway whatever you do Stay away from the nail salon across the street Rome nail’s they don’t even know how to do acrylic nails my gosh what century are they living in?

Wanted a fresh new ombre set and the lady put Acrylic over a gel set. Lady wanted nothing to do with the ombré set and did as she wanted. Ok whatever showed her a design I wanted and it was absolutely horrible. My 12 year old could have done a better job. Despite saying multiple times nails were crooked and I didn’t like the design the individual performing my service did as she wanted. Left the salon crying and went right across the street to another place to have them fixed! Cheap prices equal cheap service that lacks professionalism and cleanliness.

Came here today for a gel dip removal. The nail tech literally took a fake nail tip, broke the corner of my natural nail, shoved the tip between my natural nail and the dip, and PRIED the gel dip and tip off. It was painful and tore up my natural nail. Then she covered my nails in cuticle oil (leaving them dripping), then charged me $10. I was baffled. The service was terrible and performed incorrectly. I would’ve torn them off myself at home and saved the money if I knew this was going to happen.

I go to Jenny Nails for manicures. They do a great job and generally are fun to be around. Prompt and professional service. You won’t go wrong. They’re also very prompt so you’re not waiting which is really really nice. And they do a fantastic job. I’ve been with them for quite a while now and I’ve always been happy.
