Very relaxing.I always go with Eric and he works quick and does WONDERS on my nails.I get the acrylic gels with almond point and the shape is always perfect and they stay on for at least three to four weeks!!!! And I work a lot with my hands so that tells you something.They follow all of the COVID rules, having you use hand sanitizer as soon as you walk in, check your temp, and then clean each booth thoroughly in between clients.Each time I’ve been scheduled quick…. like, NEXT DAY quick.Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe lady was very rude, you talk to them or ask a question and they look at you like your an alien and give you dirty looks!!!!!!! I asked for my service to look a certain way and it looked terrible!!!!!!!! I can’t describe the rudeness tho they are VERY RUDE!!!!!!!! ITS LIKE THEY STICK THEIR NOSE UP AND THINK THEY ARE BETTER THAN YOU, BUT THEY ARE NOT!!!!!!!! I don’t know how they get business because a couple ppl told me they are rude and ignorant people!!!!!!!! I’ll take my service to the mall at least they treat you with respect!!!!!!!! Critical: ProfessionalismI went in for a gel fill. Jenny was who I got, I asked for the acrylic to be on the thinner side because I don’t like a thick looking nail and I was told ” I’ll do them the way they were”. I rarely get my nails done gel so when told to dry nails inside the light I was yelled at and made a fool of. I felt very belittled and insulted. After that the final product looked bumpy and bubbly. I went back in to complain and Eric kindly without hesitation fixed them. I was finally content for the most part but I’ll never waste money there again.
