We visited this shop as part of a girl’s day out. We weren’t overly impressed, but it wasn’t awful either. They told me I didn’t need filing on my feet, so they didn’t do it even though I wanted them to. My grandma also requested a specific service and they argued with her and didn’t do it. They made her angry and she won’t be returning. I thought the place was clean, priced right, and organized, but they need to listen to their customers!

The nail tech, Lynn, was extremally rude and literally cut almost everyone of my fingers when filing. I felt like she just wanted to get done. Rushing through. She mostly complained about every thing I asked her. When I went to pay… I paid in cash and had not tipped her yet… as I was waiting to be rang out. She took the money, grumbled and just walked away to the back of the store and began cleaning her station. I guess I didn’t need a receipt and she didn’t want a tip.

Always nice and gentle with your nails, I take my sister who is diabetic there. She also has neuropathy and says after she gets the full pedicure she can feel her feet. I get my nails dipped and they last me 6 weeks. Great place to go, always clean and helpful.

My friend and I went to do a refill and a pedicure when seated in the chair for pedicure we were not asked what type of service we wanted for the day more people coming in they was trying to hurry up and Rush they did not perform all the duties way to do the refill she was rough with my friend hurt her nail it was $30 for a refill I’m from Louisiana never paid $30 for a refill I visit Texas very often have family out there never seen refills for $30 never even offered us a full set for $5 more the same night my nail chip while in the pool the next morning my friend Neal came completely off is not even 2 weeks yet and I had a nail popped off I felt it was a waste of money when they started speaking the English I told them that was rude everyone started looking at me so I asked what was being said would not go back again

This is by far the worst mail salon I’ve ever been to. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Not only is it not clean they have puppies in there barking the whole time. When I walked in I asked for a pedicure and dip manicure. I explained I needed my acrylics soaked off. They did my pedicure which was alright and then said it would take an hour and half for nails because they had to soak off I don’t understand why they didn’t start soaking off during pedicure. My nails look absolutely horrible. The application is not even and nails aren’t even filed evenly. $78 for this service is ridiculous. Oh and they charge you a fee to pay by card. Avoid this place.

She cut three of my fingers with the grinder tool and I can still see some white of the nail where the color should have covered the nail. Overall was disappointed with this visit. I was not very impressed with this visit. Usually I don’t have any issues with this nail salon. This time however I feel like the lady rushed through doing my nails. She cut three of my fingers with the grinder tool and I can still see some white of the nail where the color should have covered the nail. Overall was disappointed with this visit. I am behalf appreciate to all the ladies giving an opportunity and understanding to Nails technician . And some most of you are not satisfied enough with the service even the price you paid for is not right fit for you. Any shop will going to ask paid more extra . Live simple with your sympathy’s .Try not to make demand asking for to much or little on their time . They’re doing their best and giving good quality for every customer service . And excuse they have dog/puppies at the shop every small animals are meant special, and do not blame on them because they barked. You have no sympathy to dogs don’t put any comments complaints . DOGS ARE FRIENDLY . We have different nails technician does know how to do nails/Arylic, and other do only PEDICURE AND MANICURE not Acrylic nail . If you have arylic nails then be patients wait for the nail tech does acrylic nails . And second of all ,shop is clean and sanitized . Whoever you’re coming from, and this is small town. You may go somewhere else in a different city and charged you more expensive . In Lake Livingston does not need complain etc .
