Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy husband and I really enjoyed our first massage here and purchased a package for an additional 6 massages. The package for the 6 massages was 300 dollars and we paid 380. On the receipt, it was documented that tip was included. We tipped on the whole tab and I believe that 80 dollars tip was sufficient for 6 massages.During the first massage, prior to purchasing the 6 additional massages, we gave 20% tip. I believe that we are pretty standard with tipping.Things got strange after our second massage. After our massage, we explained that we had tipped for the whole package during the first visit. They then went ahead and called my husband after we had left the building to come back and demanded that he tip. He went back inside and explained that we tipped for everything unknowingly during the first visit and the owner was very rude acting like we were trying to skip out on a bill but told us that they understood.During our third visit, they began yelling at us as soon as we walked into the building, shoving the receipt in our faces, yelling “You didn’t tip for the last time!” Going on to show us some numbers that we did not understand. They then went on to take a pen and cross out the writing on the original receipt that said “tip included.”The whole thing was bizarre. We went through with our third massages thinking that we would leave a good tip afterwards because of all the confusion and bizarreness. It really felt like they were just demanding more money. After the massage, my husband gave them 40 dollars for our tip. The owner again began yelling and demanding more tip for today and for the last visit. The whole thing was surprising, unprofessional, and bizarre. My husband was yelled at multiple times by the workers here who demanded more tip.We did not even want to have our last 2 massages there from our package and demanded our money back for that. I just can’t believe that we went through this. We had never been stingy with tipping and we did not deserve this kind of treatment whatsoever. Once we left the building, my husband caught them yelling and ripping up our file. Super unprofessional.My husband and I are respectful and courteous customers. After being yelled at multiple times at the spa, that was when my husband decided to demand for a refund for the last 2 massages. His patience was wearing thin at that point, understandably. This was supposed to be a relaxing birthday massage for me but the constant harassment made for such a bad experience. NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE, the owner is really unprofessional.When I was there she told me that she called me to change my appointment again and it was not true. She started screaming that she was not going to do anything and she went inside, then she came out super aggressive to yell at me and I just told her to calm down and explain what had happened with my appointment, she became very aggressive without being able to attend or explain me anything, Jenny just scared the whole time, In the end I had to leave because I was not going to allow her to massage me. I have videos where I confirm her bad treatment and her bad attitude.How is such a stressed and aggressive person supposed to give you relaxing massages?if i can give them 0 stars it will be great.
