Jennifer has been encouraging and extremely helpful. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I receive my meals on time. Their new max-up program has helped me lose 26lbs. I do weekly check-ins over the phone and use a their scale to keep track of progress. Menu could use updating. Popular items are usually out of stock, so you might love something one week and might never be able to get it again… like their Smore’s Bar or their Teriyaki Chicken. I would recommend this program to anyone who is trying to lose weight and doesn’t know where to start. It is pricey but groceries or eating out can also get expensive.
