4.5 hours of work! Jenny and her girls definitely did an amazing job with my hair and changed my entire look! Reasonable price. Great atmosphere. Make an appointment for faster service for sure! We moved away to Puyallup but I only trust her to do my hair so had to drive all the way back Balayage, Hairstyling

They do nice color but I don’t love the haircut they did unfortunately. She cut my bangs way too short and they also had to recolor parts of my hair because they missed it coloring it the first time. They also misquoted me and said it was going to be $35 for the haircut and $40 for the color and ended up charging me $110+the tip which I have no issue paying for a haircut I like.

this was my first time getting haircut at this salon yesterday, I would say that I am not very happy. The lady who cut my hair was nice but she did terrible job, the worst cut I have ever had. I showed her a pic of exactly how I wanted my hair, she cut it way too short than I wanted, now I don’t even know how I would style it, the cut is not even symmetrical. I would never go back again. I am so upset. she charged 40$, such a waste of money. Super frustrating.

This is the best place for haircut!! I have been living in Federal way for 8 years now, and only after all these years i have found a hairstylist thta i loved!! Anna did my haircut and and hairstyling. I just showed her one picture that i wanted and she didnt even look at it for more than 5 seconds and she was like “i got it”. She was really fast yet detailed. She just exactly knew what to do!! She is pretty young but so talented. The service was really nice,anna and the other lady were very sweet and paid attention to whatever i had to say. At the end i asked her if she could curl my hair and she did such a beautiful job. I highlyyyy recommend her!!! If u r thinking about trying out this place,i will say just go for it,u will not be disappointed

Tried to get my hair done and they wouldn’t let me because supposedly your not allowed to bring your baby. It’s “STORE POLICY”. Like what if I’m not from the area? No babysitter? Single mother? Then they tried to persuade me to do all over one color instead of balayage because of time management because they felt “sorry” for my child. Like what kind of service is that? Will never go back here again. But there was another customer with there kid there. Idk if it’s because I was young or what.

I cried for 30 minutes in the parking lot after. Worse experience in my life. I spent 3 years growing my hair until it reached my butt. I asked to take 4-5 inches off & textured with small layers & showed a picture with no bangs. She chopped off 2 feet of hair & gave me bangs!! I never asked for bangs!!! Right when she chopped the bangs I immediately stopped her said thats too short! But the damage was done. And She kept fighting saying it needs bangs, its popular these days, that I can still tie it. What kind of stylist doesn’t listen to customers!? I dont care whats popular. She kept saying its medium layers. I didnt ask for medium. I said a little layered. I give every stylist the same instructions. No one gave me bangs. My BF with no experience even cuts my hair at home & it looks 10x better. Now my hair looks like it went through a lawn mower! I also can’t do my job now because I model for medieval style dresses and it requires long hair with straight edges, no bangs. Itll take me years to grow it back! The stylist didnt even finish the hair properly. its was choppy amd uneven all over. I never believed that hair salon horror stories could be this bad. Now I know and I’m never going to a salon again. I’ll just cut at home.

I was told they cut curly hair and they started brushing my hair dry and cutting it . after 5 minutes she said she was done and charged me $30. my hair was super uneven i don’t recommend if you have curly hair! Haircut

10/10 recommended this place! The staff was really friendly, and welcomed you with brightest smile. Jenny is a very talented person, she knows what she’s doing. I came there with a color in mind, and she talked to me about colors and stuff and she give me her hair color recommendations and I trusted her. My hair came out so beautiful and vibrant, it was sooooo pretty I fell in love with my hair even my husband, friends and family loved it! I wish I knew JennyCoCo salon when I first got here in WA so that I could go to her salon all the time. It so sad that I only knew about this salon recently.. We will be moving out of country in few months and I will have to find another salon that I can say that I could trust but it so hard to come by nowadays. Hopefully I can find another Jenny at the location were moving too Overall I love this place they even have free beverages
