I made an appointment for 5:30 assuming if I show up at 5:30 I’d get my haircut. Yeah no. Appointments mean nothing at this establishment. The only person cutting hair literally was 15 minutes late already on my appointment then takes a 15 minute break to let someone else sit in front of me. Needless to say if you book an appointment for 5:30 expect your haircut at 6:30. I wouldn’t tell you how they actually cut hair because I walked out. Horribly ram business. Do not recommend giving them your money. I’m genuinely happy I made the decision to walk out.

I am new to the tullahoma area and was needing a hair cut and beard trim so I search Google and just went with Jenn’s Den and I’m so glad I did. I had the opportunity of meeting Amber and she is fabulous with customer service and how well she pays attention to detail I highly recommend giving this barber shop a visit. I’m glad I was able to find a place that’s not only clean but the staff is friendly and laid back. I will be back I can guarantee that. ❤️

Brittany gave me one of the best high and tights haircut I’ve ever had. She was skillful and precise. Also, the shop is so awesome inside with fun decor and even a pool table. I definitely recommend this awesome shop. I’ll be back!

I had my hair cut two days ago and had a great experience. Being a business owner myself, I understand the importance of a great review. My stylist went above and beyond and was very quick! My haircut and beard trim was followed up with some aftershave and I was upsold the beard mousse – great job to the stylist on that. They followed up with me today with a phone call asking how my experience was. Haircut aside, I applaud this business for training their team to follow up and ask if there was anything they could do to improve. Continue what you’re doing, Jenn. Keep answering and following up here on these Google reviews (I have taken a look and the responses and resolutions you provided are what I would have done at my business). Worst haircut I’ve ever had! Supposed to be a bald fade ,but she might as well put a bowl on my head and cut it. She didn’t fade the sides in at all had to tell her to do that. Then, one side didn’t get faded in at all and left it so one side was higher that the other! Never again Haircut

Quick booking. Bad choice. My husband took our son in for a slight trim around the sides and back. She all but shaved the small front area of his head even with my husband pleading to leave the front alone. We normally can get into are regular barber so are fault it was last minute but just a heads up if you want someone that’s going to listen to the person paying verse just buzzing a kids hair off.

Critical: QualityOne of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. I said that I liked the length on the top and just wanted a little trim and that I also wanted a fade on my sides and back.
