ULTIMATE SPA BIRTHDAY PARTY EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! My daughter was turning 8 and she wanted to have a spa experience with her little girlfriends. After doing research I contacted Jennifer and Co because it had showed on their website a package for younger children. Vickie at the front desk was amazing in answering my many questions and so accommodating in setting up the appointments for my daughter and her seven friends. Upon arrival we were welcomed with excitement from the salon staff. This was a first for many of the girls and they didn’t know what to expect. Everyone was so kind in helping the girls pick out colors and move to their stations to get their nails and toes done. As I walked around each girl was in friendly conversation with each specialist as they were so comfortable in the setting. I cannot thank the entire team at Jennifer & Co enough for an birthday that will go down as one of the best! The girls could not stop talking with their families about their “day at the spa”. I received messages from the moms on how they want a “mom spa day” birthday party now! We couldn’t be happier with the amazing experience. YOU ROCK!

My daughter recent went for a cut. She has straight hair and wanted a blunt end cut. She had it fixed my a cousin going to cosmetology school because it was the worst professional cut we’ve seen. Stylist was Katie. I DO NOT recommend this salon.

Monday Funday is what Jennifer and company brought to 2 wonderful ladies who so needed the most love today. Both having life issues and I woke up knowing I had to deliver. Called at Jennifer and company between 11-12 to make an appointment for much loved pampering and within 2 hours we got all of us a manicure, pedicure and a hair cut. (One each). These ladies were happy and feeling the love. Thank you for a wonderful day. Your place has always been top Notch sense I was 20 years old. I’m 45 today. Thank you Dixie Miller for introducing me to the owner of this wonderful place. I saw her today but as always she was busy. Much love beautiful lady and cheers to years to come.

Got the worst haircut of my life here a few weeks ago before the holidays. Was in and out within 10-15 mins. Completely messed up the side and top of my hair. Did not blend or use any sort of skill. Very disappointed and worried that my hair won’t grow back the same. Only came in because my barber was booked till end of January. Been wearing a hat for the past month lol.

I attended the Lake County Pride function today and Ingrid and Allison were absolutely amazing! I love Jenniffer & Company and have used them for many services from tanning to color to haircuts and massages! This is truly an amazing company run by amazing people! I have gotten my hair done here quite a few times by now with three different people there, The one girl was terrible I only seen her one time I had asked for blonde balayage and I would have bright blonde and then just a chunk of brown on the same patch of hair that was dyed blonde and then back to blonde like there was four sections that were brown in the middle of bleach blonde so that was already terrible. Then I was seeing Megan for a while and the last time I seen her she had a not good energy like she was angry or annoyed there was definitely something off, I’m not sure why she was always really nice to me. I just asked her to make it as light as possible and somehow she made it darker I’m not sure if she did it because she was in a bad mood or what the case was but my roots are still brown and I asked them to be blonde especially the money piece part it looks like my hair did not even get touched except maybe darker and multiple people noticed and said hey your hair looks darker saying it looks good but it was just a little bit frustrating because it was darker and it’s not cheap to get your hair done there so for it to completely look exactly the same nearly is a bit upsetting I think I’m now going to try a new place. I would like to add besides the last time I was there they were all always very sweet and nice to me and it is a very nice shop I just might have some bad luck!

This salon is always a welcoming place, as the staff is so warm, friendly, and helpful. My stylist is Trisha who always does a super job with the hair of this “mature” man. And she is always a person that’s fun and interesting with whom to chat. I highly recommend Jennifer & Company.
