Jennifer’s Nails

Critical: ProfessionalismI took my daughter to get her nails done for her birthday. I promised her I would and she has been dying to try Jennifer’s Nails in Horn Lake. Typically we go to Envy Nails in Southaven (which is superior to this place by a landslide!!!!!), but Envy is closed on Mondays. So, I thought this is the perfect time to try this new nail salon. When we walked in, the man sitting at the first table acknowledged us. However, it was obvious that he was not happy that we walked in, even though the salon was not closing for another two hours. There were No customers waiting and there was absolutely no reason why they couldn’t have done my daughters nails at that time. Nonetheless, he told us we would have to come back another time, because it was too late. Obviously, he was not concerned about our business, but more concerned about closing and going home. I thank him for this, because I definitely did not feel good about doing business here Especially, when I felt like he did not want my business. So, we left. When we did, I mentioned that I would be leaving a review to let everyone know about our negative experience and when I did this, the man became extremely agitated and began shouting all types of vulgar obscenities at us, even though one of us was an eleven year old child. Needless to say, we will never return this joke of a business ever again. I apologized to my daughter for bringing her to a place like this, and immediately made her an appointment at Envy Nails the next day. If your in the Southaven/Horn Lake, MS area and are looking for a top notch nail salon, go to Envy Nails. Do not, cut corners and go to a second rate place like Jennifer’s Nails. Even if you have to spend a bit more money to go to a place like Envy Nails, do it. You will be much more satisfied with the result. I assure you!!! Do not take your children to Jennifer’s Nails, unless you want to take the chance on having them here you get cursed out by their unprofessional staff! I am so disgusted with the experience we had, but I am glad that it happened before we actually allowed them to perform any services for us. What a pathetic excuse for a business!!!!!!
