I visited Jennifer’s Hair Outlet today for the first time. I was greeted by Jennifer herself, with a smile, an introduction and a handshake. Olivia was my stylist and she did a wonderful job. I have long hair and wanted a perm so I could “scrunch and go”. It’s perfect!

Absolutely love this place. Plays Christian music and has amazing flowers and decor all over. Wonderful atmosphere and great people. Price is amazing and its a good cut by people that know what they do. Dont let the price fool you. Very professional but so laid back.

I was looking for a shop that catered to it’s customers. I found that at Jennifer’s. Miss Kay did my haircut and I love it. I like the fact that Jennifer greeted me and introduced herself as I came in. This was the atmosphere I was looking for. It is not the “trendy” kind of shop but it offers most all services of the larger salons. I definitely recommend this salon to anyone and will most definitely be returning myself.

I got my brows done. First and last time customers. I called ahead to set an appointment to be sure I wouldn’t have a wait time and when I got there I waited over 10 mins after being told I would have no wait. When I did get to go back, Jennifer burned me over 6 times with wax and every single time I told her how hot it was (I get my brows waxed regularly, the wax should never legitimately burn your skin ask anyone that actually knows what they’re doing) she took off a HUGE chunk of my eyebrow without even asking me. She just ASSumed it’s what i wanted. I told her i only wanted them trimmed up. They’re completely uneven! One is waaaay shorter than the other. I look absolutely ridiculous. She knew i was incredibly unhappy and didn’t apologize once for burning me or for ripping out my eyebrow that was suppose to stay! I can only hope it’ll grow back before my wedding next weekend. This place is not where I’d ever go for perfessional work.
