Critical: ProfessionalismI *TRIED* to use this business; but never got the chance.I called the shop to inquire about appointments; she was referred by another shop that did not have any openings.Upon answering, the lady I spoke with on the phone immediately came across as VERY VERY rude, short, and unprofessional.When I asked about appointments, I was informed that she had no openings. When I asked if she could suggest anyone else with immediate openings, her reply was “No. And I’m just being nice. Goodbye.”….I mean… WOW.
