Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy first and last time going there! I called and asked how much it would cost for me to get a manicure the guy said one price but when I got there he charged me more. He was beasting for the money, I was not done with my nails, he decided to ask my friend who went with me to pay for me. She was not supposed to pay for me but she felt weird that he was asking her so she paid. Nails came out so bad had bubbles everywhere, it didn’t even last a day started to chip. My first and last time going there! I called and asked how much it would cost for me to get a manicure the guy said one price but when I got there he charged me more. He was beasting for the money, I was not done with my nails, he decided to ask my friend who went with me to pay for me. She was not supposed to pay for me but she felt weird that he was asking her so she paid. Nails came out so bad had bubbles everywhere, it didn’t even last a day started to chip. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityNana Was a breath of fresh air! I’ve gone to countless nail salons and told them the price doesn’t matter I just want my nails to be on point! This was my first time and probably will continue to come to see Nana until she’s out of the nail salon game . I showed her a picture from Pinterest and right away told me she didn’t have The exact color but she would show me a few pinks to find one that I liked. This is a professional nail salon so if you wanna get your nails done and look beautiful I would definitely recommend stopping at this location. Nana Was a breath of fresh air! I’ve gone to countless nail salons and told them the price doesn’t matter I just want my nails to be on point! This was my first time and probably will continue to come to see Nana until she’s out of the nail salon game . The nail lady was very aggressive with my hands and was rushing the entire time and she didn’t do what I had asked her to do (shape & length) and when I had asked her to fix it she did a messy job and made it worse. I’ve been to Jennifer nails multiple times with good experiences however my most recent experience was awful. The nail lady was very aggressive with my hands and was rushing the entire time and she didn’t do what I had asked her to do (shape & length) and when I had asked her to fix it she did a messy job and made it worse. I am very disappointed with my most recent visit and probably won’t be back for a while.
