I wiill never go there again. I did my nails on Thursday, Friday when I woked up my nails were peeling. I had to wait til Monday to go to them BC I live in NY and work in New Milford. The lady who did my nails argued with me telling me that I did rough work with my hands. I said no I didn’t, it’s the old nail polish that you have on the shelf, she said the same thing, so why argue with me when you know what’s going on. I asked, are you doing my nails or not, at first it was a no, then I told them, I know people who come here and they will hear of this. All of a sudden they said ok and did my nails. When leaving I said a word of advice, take all of the no good nail polish of the shelves and throw them in the garbage. Do not, do not go to this place.

I have never gone there but it seems like if you really want your nails keep looking good then you will have to say something, and by doing so you can make it clear for yourself, you like or you dont. And so you speak for others. Because sometimes they only offer, you have to choose to make you feel comfortable. They learn from you and you learn from them.

I have mixed emotions, because I was very happy with this place. They are very talented at what they do, but at the same time they are not exceptional at customer service. I understand when they need to give priority to the appointments, but is ridiculous when from 30 mins of wait (that was told), it turned into over an hour. The funny thing is that they kept seeing people before me, and not all of them were appointments. I mentioned but not even an apology or they acknowledged the situation. At the end of the day, I’m not even happy with today’s final product. Very disappointed, sad to say.
