I went here for 2 years and Jenny always did my nails and she did a wonderful job and I tipped her very well. I would always make an appointment. Jenny always got me in and she did an amazing job on my nails and I would tip her very well. A few months ago I noticed that my nails weren’t lasting like they used to but I continued to go and I continue to tip her very well. The last time I went I had an appointment and as she was doing my nails two people walked in. She painted One nail and I realized that I did not like the color and I asked her if I could please change my nail color and she stood up in front of everyone and said I’m busy are you positive this is the color that you want. I paid her and again tipped her very well but I will never be back. I was embarrassed to say the least to be talked to that way. I have spent hundreds of dollars there. I’m sorry but that’s not how you treat your consumers. They are rude and very unprofessional and I cannot believe I went there as long as I did. I will take my money and spend it at a business who treats they’re consumers professionally. It really saddens me that I had to leave this review.

I only go here for my nails…and I live in Greensburg. Wonderful proprietors and best nails I’ve ever gotten even compared to any high end salon or spa. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!!

Went to Jennifer Nails for the first time today. I was impressed with how clean the facility is. All of the technicians were friendly and my full set looked great. They have an extensive selection of polishes to choose from and the prices are reasonable. I look forward to making them my perminent nail salon.

I had an amazing experience at Jennifer Nails! I had an appointment for a pedicure. I was able to walk in, choose my color and sit down right away. They do charge extra for the gel nail polish. The employees were so friendly. The salon was clean and well taken care of. There was a TV on, but the noise was not overwhelming. I highly recommend this place!

My new go-to nail place, both Jennifer and Jack are super easy to talk to. The place is just a relaxing and chill place to go all around. All the tools used were very clean and you can tell that they put pride in their work. Plus, they have a lot more options when it comes to design and quality. They’ve got a rewards card which is just an added bonus. Love this place, I highly recommend!

This was my first time going here after going to another salon forever, and i was literally in love with my nails. Jenny did them better then anyone has ever done my nails before. She was so careful and made sure to ask me if i liked the shape or the color and everything. Im also chronically bad about tensing my hands when getting a manicure, and she had to remind me a bunch of times to relax but was very gentle and wasn’t rude about it which i appreciated. Definitely would recommend to come here!!! 🙂

Very disappointed in the level of professionalism and treatment of customers. I went last week for a regular fill in. Jennifer was very rude and not friendly at all. I went in today because I lost one nail and had two others lifting. I walked in told her my issue. She called me over, I then again stated I lost a nail, and had two lifting. I asked her if I could just get a fill in as well. She told me I didn’t have enough growth for a fill. She also told me she wouldn’t fix the two nails because she saw me picking at my nails across the room. Her accusations were extremely inaccurate and disrespectful. I told her that was fine she didn’t have to fix them and she didn’t even have to fix the one I lost. She did but I immediately went somewhere else to get the services I needed. I will not be going back and do not appreciate being treated so poorly.
