They did a beautiful job. And they have great prices. The woman who works in chair 3 took good care of me. I was very happy with them. I drove from Jacksonville to Alexandria just so they could handle my nails. And I will continue to do so. They are the best in the Region.

I was very disappointed with my experience. I called ahead to schedule a mani pedi for 3 people. When we arrived we were seated right away but after getting a pedi we sat in the chair for 30 minutes while the technicians took walk ins. This was very annoying since I called ahead and schedule all the mani pedis. They had ample time to prepare for 3 mani pedis and was very insulted to be left sitting for so long. If I had wanted to sit around and wait I would have just walked in as well. The technician was so rushed when she finally got to my manicure she didn’t even soak my hands she just started pushing my cuticles back. She didn’t even really push them back, just did the motions and then proceeded to paint my nails. After painting them she started to file them down so I would see where she missed and didn’t paint my mail. I will not be returning to this nail salon.

Sat for an hour in the morning was asked to make an appointment and come back. Had an appointment at 3:30, waited an hour and had every walk in taken before me. Unprofessional. When I asked why I was told that only two people do acrylic. Will definitely not be back, will go to the next one down the road instead
