I cannot say enough good things about this place and the people who work there. When I came in my long hair had gotten shamefully bad, very matted. I’ve had some depression issues lately. All the staff was non judgemental and my stylist gave me the cutest pixie cut. I feel like a completely new woman. I was intimidated going into a salon with hair in such poor condition but all the staff were caring and kind and so professional. I felt like the price was very reasonable for the amount of time the stylist spent with me. I left a good tip because of the outstanding service! When my hair grows out I will be coming right back!

Went here a while ago to get my hair dyed. I specifically showed the stylist multiple images of blonde hair and instead got a brown-ish balayage, which wasn’t what I asked for. I called back to get it re-done, and they charged me $100+ again to fix it. Very disappointed.

Such a great experience! I rarely get my hair professionally cut due to traveling/moving so much and so when I do it’s a struggle to know exactly where to go. Chelsea is an amazing stylist who brought my hair back to life, you can tell she’s really proud of her work (and rightfully so) and all the staff are very friendly and bubbly. Plus the price is great (got a wash/cut/blow-dry). So happy with my new hair :).

I visited Jennifer Julia Salon yesterday. I haven’t had my hair professionally cut or colored in well over a year. Genny took my vague ideas about what I was looking for and brought them to life. My hair is absolutely gorgeous and far exceeded my expectations. Her skillful balayage brought my dirty blonde hair to a natural looking, brighter blond with beautiful dimension. I cannot say enough about this salon. I am so pleased with the whole experience, it was worth every penny. Go treat yourself!
