Came in, they said massage $90 plus I must tip minimum $25. Im a truck driver and I’m all over the country. Never seen prices like this anywhere in the country. Usually massage is around $50 plus I tip if I like it

I have been coming to the Edison Jennifer Day Spa for over two years. Everyone is very nice, no funny businesses, no up-sales like I have experienced at other spas. The masseuses are very professional and are very good. Massages are great, similar to what I have gotten from the physical therapists office without all the paperwork. They are willing to work on your muscles and knots rather than just gently massage. I have been a member of their packages, and this is still my favorite place after trying many others.

been going here for maybe two years now for a massage and facial with my mom. don’t underestimate these ladies, I like a very deep massage and these ladies are able to deliver. You can’t beat the price either. it’s not the fanciest of spas, but they are very clean and the service is good. I’ve never felt pressured to buy anything, and they only asked during our first few visits, but simply saying no was all it took to get them to stop asking.

The spa is of mixed bag but is professional and decent. The massage depends on the person who is massaging. Ask for Lynn, she is young, 25 years old and very good. The other therapists are average but Lynn does an excellent full body massage. Her pressure on Neck, Shoulder,Back and Glute muscles and leg calf muscles is perfect. You can also ask her to stretch your muscles for the last 10 minutes. She doesn’t understand English but you can still say More Pressure or Less Pressure, it hurts and she understands a bit. Don’t go for any other therapists if you are looking just for a massage, they are average but I don’t know who does good Facials. The front end guy is just annoying and keeps asking for more tips but just ignore him. He needs to understand that Tip is given based on the service provided and one is not entitled to have it if they didn’t do a decent massage. Go for Lynn the therapist and it is well worth the money more than Massage envy or Handstone.

This has got to be the worst place. When you first walk in the guy Jimmy asked for $5 for taxes because I had purchased service through Groupon. I replied with NJ state taxes is 7% and on a 39.00 bill that would only total to be $2.73 … he then quickly acted like he didn’t understand English and started to speak on his own language. I told him ok I would be using my translator app to see what he was saying. He got upset and walked off. Since I had already drove 30mins out of my way I said just give me the massage. The Masseuse, Naomi was excellent and very professional but once I was finish here goes pushy Jimmy talking about now I had to give $10 now I asked for what and he said for a tip. I explained to him that to ask for a tip was unprofessional and tacky and he can not tell me how much to tip. Then he push a paper to me and said well buy a package and I said no I did not enjoy the experience so no I would not take anything else. I tip Naomi what I wanted to which was in fact more than $10 but it was simply the principle of it! All and all The manager, Jimmy was rude, tacky and unprofessional and I advise no one to waste your time going to this place. As for Naomi I hope she finds work elsewhere so I can continue my services with her.

Facial was good however, while I’m getting facial , the girl that did my facial would not stop talking about packages available. She was extremely pushy and kept telling me I had to decide right then . After facial , I gave her 20 percent tip and she asked for more money for tip. I inquired about laser removal on two little freckles and the manager was charging me $100. When I stated that I wasn’t interested, she started yelling in English and CHINESE “ ok .. fine .. then you won’t get it”.
