Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNail tech took about 30 min on my finger nails. Usually it’s about an hour to an hour and a half. She just zoomed thru. Like herding cattle…onto the next! I didn’t even notice how awful they were until I got in my car & at that point I thought it was too late to say anything. I paid $110. Left a $20 tip. Now I regret doing that. She was very dismissive too. She just wants to get clients in and out the door as fast as possible to make the most money. Precision & accuracy are not her forte. My nails are all diff lengths from the other hand & different shapes. Some are completely fat & bulky, while others were overly filed & way too thin. Also I specifically said “I don’t want almond shape. That’s too pointy for me”….and she gives me ugly almond shaped nails. My middle fingers aren’t the same length. One is fat & bulky, while the other is way too skinny & pointy. My thumb nails are the same story. She didn’t even use the electric filler once acrylic was set.
