Critical: QualityJust went there for the first time, after hearing good things about it. A day later I noticed bubbling on my thumb nail, and now today it popped and started peeling. Now I have bubbling under two more nails that wasn’t there the other day. Super disappointed, including because I generously tipped since they looked good when I left!Service: Manicure

Critical: QualityThis is my second time at Jenni nail salon. I got switched around with 3 different people. They rushed people in and out. I got a French ombré. When they were spraying the white on….kept using comet spray to clean off what was messed up. Sprayed the white so hard the white has a ton of cracks all through the paint. The white has a yellow tint which looked like I smoked 2 packs of cigarettes with each finger. The whole time putting the clear gel on on top of this….was staring at my nails knowingly that they looked terrible. They never cleaned the over spray from the white they put on my nails. They also missed the left side of each nail while painting on the clear gel and the light pink under the ombré. I will not be coming back to this place. As a female getting her nails done we go to get them done to make us feel better and to do something nice for ourselves. I have been getting my nails done for 18 years and I never have walked out of a nail salon with my nails looking this bad or never even had the over spray cleaned off. It just blows my mind. I’ve been here a few times and normally it’s not bad. My last visit last week I had a young boy (maybe 16) start my pedicure. He didn’t do a good job at scrubbing the dead skin off my feet. Then another lady came over to finish. I then got my nails done. They looked fine, but I asked for a basic design and they couldn’t do it. I asked if they could do something close to it and basically I was told to pick from their designs, they couldn’t alter the design I wanted and they couldn’t do any of the other ones on my phone. I’ve attached the design so you can see for yourself that they could/should have been able to do it. I also made an appointment and still had to wait. I would recommend down but I wouldn’t go in there with big hopes for certain designs.

DO NOT GO HERE! I have been going to Jenni’s for the past 3-4 years, although my last trip was in September of 2019 was my last! It is now January of 2020 and this is what my nails currently look like. Surprisingly this actually looks good compared to what they did. After I first got them done they started to come off after a few days, then my nails bed became swelled, red, and the slightest tap would cause them to crack and bleed. They were causing me so much pain that I went to my doctor and she prescribed me antibiotics and cream. I am most likely going to return to my doctor as they still are not healed. I got a full set of gel acrylics and they started to get busy, so the person doing by nails rushed to get the next person in the chair. I am assuming that through the rushing they used a dirty piece of equipment giving me some sort of infection. I will never return to this nail spa.

Haven’t been here in a long time and I will return. The ladies were perfect! Took their time and wasn’t in a hurry! Staff was friendly and place was cleaned! Didn’t even have to wear a mask either!

I went in to get a mani/pedi. I enjoyed my pedicure. It came with a drink. But the lady doing my toes wasn’t very friendly. There may have been a language barrier. Another young woman did my nails. She did okay. I gave them 3 stars because there barely any cuticle care and their options with services was limited in comparison to other nail shops I’ve visited. They’re good for a powder/dip manicure but I’ll probably go somewhere else for a fresh set in the future.
