I am not impressed with her use of Botox or fillers. Not sure what her training is. I know she is a general practitioner. I doubt she has done a residency or fellowship as she is not very experienced. Look for someone else!

I absolutely LOVED my experience with Dr. Ruxer. She is super cool, friendly, and professional. I will definitely be back when my lips need fillers again. My time was rushed and I wasn’t heard when it came to my needs and what I wanted. I believe I wasn’t given very much product and in five mins was the total time I was in & out. I wasted $500.00. I’ve been doing this for a long time and most places give you the maximum amount to make it last for awhile. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’ll find the right person who listens and cares about what I’m asking for. I want to feel my hard earned money is being well spent. Good Customer service is handled by giving a little extra which in turn will keep me and I’m sure many customers coming back time and again. This place isn’t worth the amount of money I was and am willing to spend. People really need to listen to their customers and strive to make them happy by listening to their needs. It’s what keeps them loyal and repeat business. Over all it’s all about making money and keeping everyone happy and spreading the word.

She carries a lot of products high quality that I was having to order from my prior spa in Nashville for years. She takes time to answer my questions, very professional, and well educated with the newest treatments. I really highly recommend her.

I expected to do the whole spa experience, with hot towel, exfoliating, extractions and the mask. But no, she slapped 3 different mask on did NOT leave them on more then a min and wiped it off with a towel. Then said it would be $60. No way, never going to this place again, keep in mind I only gave her $30 and she gave me a sample of her mask.
